Twitchy Noses is a dog charity in Bulgaria set up by Rachel and Pete, who now personally foster dogs as well as oversee care and rehoming. They need donations of funds and items, help with home checking and people to foster and adopt dogs.
"Twitchy Noses is a small charity set up to raise funds for homeless, injured and abandoned animals in Bulgaria and provide a safe temporary home for those rescued, while they recover from any injuries and are rehabilitated, neutered, vaccinated and prepared to travel to their new homes. The Charity's aim is to work with trusted people helping to rescue dogs (and in the future cats) here in Bulgaria: provide emergency foster care and a safe environment for the animals; raise funds to buy food; fund emergency operations and help find new homes for these animals and help fund transport costs."

5) Dog behaviourist skills, to specific dogs overcome particular issues
6) Veterinary skills, to neuter dogs for free and/or provide other veterinary assistance
7) Vaccine donations
