Trikala Shelter for Dogs and Cats is situated in Thessaly, Greece is being run with volunteers money following withdrawal of government funds. They require volunteers, donations and help with fundraising.
"The residents of the shelter are dogs that were left there as puppies (now they are older, but the girls couldn't send them away), or very sick dogs that they nursed and have been healed (some of them amputated), but they are reasonably well! They are in such a bad financial state, that The Rescuers are literally going to Restaurants & Begging for Leftover Food for the Dogs In addition, keep in mind that Trikala is a small town and a small society, so they need our help!"
