Paws Animal Rescue is situated in Tipperary and needs dog walkers, volunteers, donations and fundraisers.
"Since 1997 PAWS, has rescued, vaccinated, neutered and rehomed thousands of dogs and as 70% of these were adults, our neutering programme has prevented millions of unwanted puppies being born and consequently dumped in ditches, dustbins and dog pounds. We aim to find loving and happy homes for every dog that comes through our doors. With approximately 90 dogs in our care at any one time we rely heavily on the generosity of the public to fund and continue our work."
What can you do to help? You might be able to offer:
1) A loving home for our rescue dogs
2) To act as an escort for dogs to their new homes
3) Donations of dog food
4) Help with walking and playing with the dogs
5) Dog behaviourist skills, to specific dogs overcome particular issues
6) Veterinary skills, to neuter dogs for free and/or provide other veterinary assistance
7) Vaccine donations
8) Help with meeting our veterinary bills
